The proposed Claremont Specialist Medical Centre promises to be a landmark development in the Claremont precinct and healthcare landscape. ADC has partnered with leading dermatology group, Dermco, to design a state of the art medical facility for the 2,935 sqm site that is the last remaining lot in the Claremont on the Park project and adjacent to the Claremont Train Station.

The facility will incorporate a Class B Day Hospital and various complementary specialist medical tenancies, including a Pharmacy, Pathology collection centre, Urgent Care facility, Dermatology and other specialist consulting rooms. Over 75% of the net lettable area was pre-committed prior to settlement of the land in October 2024, which is scheduled for October 2024.

The project will feature:

  • 4,900 sqm state of the art medical facility
  • 69 on site staff and visitor car bays
