Ruin Bar

The iconic Kenny Buildings on the corner of Newcastle and Beaufort Streets in Northbridge sat dormant for many years when a consortium led by ADC visualised their significant potential for adaptive reuse, heritage integration and creation of a modern dining experience in Perth’s bustling entertainment heart.

Situated on 914sqm opposite Weld Park and a short walk to surrounding neighbourhoods of Northbridge, Highgate and East Perth, ADC’s team is delivering a contemporary food, beverage and hotel accommodation experience for travellers and the local community.

Stage one was completed in 2022, featuring the opening of Ruinbar – a Berlin inspired beer bar – and Pretty Good Pizza, offering a relaxed new dining and drink venue for Perth’s inner-city residents.
