It is with a sense of both pride and excitement that we can formally introduce our Maylands labour of love, Lyric on Eighth, this month.
Incorporating the historic transformation of Lyric Theatre and revitalisation of Lyric Lane, the project is the realisation of a collaborative vision between Australian Development Capital and the talented team at Klopper & Davis Architects.
Incorporating lush greenery, a reinvigorated laneway precinct on the ground level and refreshing social rooftop space, the project works to amplify Maylands living and celebrate the vibrant creative community.
Each of the one, two and three bedroom residences is layered with details and textures to form a signature aesthetic inspired by the art deco design of the historic Lyric Theatre.
We are currently taking registrations of interest and look forward to sharing more on this special project as we formally launch early next year.
