ADC are excited to announce that our Claremont Specialist Medical Centre project has received approval from the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC).
This project will deliver a landmark healthcare asset to the Claremont on the Park precinct and critical medical services for Perth’s western suburbs.
This exciting building, designed by our trusted friends at MJA Studio will house a dedicated Dermatology Institute, Day Procedure Unit, and Urgent Care facility amongst other complementary tenancies.
