Creating better places.
Building a better future.

ADC proudly announces our latest endeavour in blending heritage with modern luxury at our Price Street project: repurposing the historic kilns and remnant material throughout the site’s public realm! By preserving these iconic structures, we’re not just creating stunning living spaces, but also paying homage to our community’s rich heritage.

ADC’s Price Street Apartments site was formerly the Australian Fine China Factory. Established in 1921 the factory used local materials, including bones from the Fremantle Abattoir to produce some of Australia’s most popular ceramics. Local artisans hand painted the motifs with many featuring Australian flora and fauna. A stroll around the precinct reveals many mementos and tributes to the factories history with the trail ending at the Subiaco Common Park.

At ADC, we believe in sustainable innovation that respects our past while embracing the future. Join us on this journey towards a greener, more culturally vibrant tomorrow!
