This week ADC_ had the pleasure of showing MadeComfy’s Daryl Smith and Shannyn Laird the progress of our Freeman Residences development.
ADC_ and MadeComfy have collaborated to offer Freeman purchasers a combined residential and short stay opportunity. The first of its kind in WA, Freeman Residences can be lived in, rented out long term or short stay via MadeComfy’s centralised management service: or a combination of the two via a duel-key floor plan.
Offering an end-to-end service, MadeComfy takes care of everything from professional styling, photography, listing, pricing, marketing, guest communication, cleaning, and property management.
