$800 million on completion
Working alongside Cooper and Oxley, FORM and Cox Architects, ADC played an integral role in the vision and refurbishment of the Goods Shed, one of Perth’s oldest station buildings built in 1887. The redeveloped building is now a cultural hub for DevelopmentWA’s Claremont Oval redevelopment precinct, and the broader Western Suburbs.
The Goods Shed comprises an artist in residence studio and gallery managed and curated by FORM, featuring leading international artists across multiple disciplines. Through pro bono development management services, ADC provided project team and financial oversight as well as managing approvals pathways and contractual requirements between DevelopmentWA and FORM.
